TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to MVP Dance Elite (the “Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at https://www.mvpdanceelite.com/ (the “Site”) and any enrollment, registration, participation, or services provided by the Studio, including but not limited to dance classes, company programs, workshops, events, and related activities (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site or enrolling in any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or enroll in any Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enroll in Services or use the Site. Parents or guardians enrolling minors agree to these Terms on behalf of the minor and are responsible for their conduct and compliance.

2. Registration and Payments

  • Registration: All registrations are subject to availability and Studio approval. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration.

  • Payment: Full payment is due at registration unless otherwise specified. We accept credit/debit cards and other methods via our payment processor. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy below.

  • Recurring Payments: Company, class packages, or monthly tuition are billed automatically. You authorize recurring charges until canceled in writing (30-day notice required).

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Classes: No refunds or credits for missed classes. Make-up classes may be offered at our discretion and are subject to availability.

  • Tuition Packages: Prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Company Programs: Deposits are non-refundable. Full withdrawals require 30 days’ written notice; prorated refunds may be available at our discretion.

  • Events/Workshops: No refunds within 30 days of the event unless canceled by the Studio.

4. Attendance and Conduct

  • Attendance: Regular attendance is expected. Excessive absences may result in removal from classes or programs.

  • Conduct: Students must follow Studio rules, respect instructors, and maintain a safe environment. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.

  • Dress Code: Appropriate dancewear required (details provided upon registration).

5. Health and Safety

  • Participation: Students participate at their own risk. We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or illness.

  • Medical: Parents must disclose any medical conditions. We may require a doctor’s note for certain conditions.

  • Illness: Students with fever, contagious illness, or symptoms are not permitted to attend. No refunds for missed classes due to illness.

6. Photography and Media Release

By enrolling, you grant the Studio permission to photograph/video students for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing). If you wish to opt out, notify us in writing.

7. Liability and Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Studio, its owners, instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in Services. You agree to release and hold harmless the Studio from all claims related to use of the Site or Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, schedules, photos, videos) is owned by the Studio. You may not reproduce or use without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes will be resolved in Washington County/Beaverton courts.
